Loan Signing Agent
A loan signing agent is someone who has a notary public commission from their state and who knows how to describe loan documents to people either purchasing or refinancing a home. When someone purchases or refinances a home, a notary loan signing agent is hired to walk the homeowner through their final paperwork and have them sign it.
