Basic Notary Fee:  $15.00 per signature with volume discount available

Travel Service Fee: *Depends upon your location and distance from Miami , Fl

Loan Document Signing: $150-$200 for the first set** and $75 for the second set**

Additional Fees: *Wait Time Fee is $15.00 for every 30 minutes

Note:

*Mobile Service Fees are still due and payable even if the signing did not take place when the notary arrives or if it was cancelled less than an hour prior to the scheduled appointment.

PAYMENTS:

We accept payments in cash and PayPal. (Customer will be supplying the paypal button for their site)Credit card payments from Visa, Master, Amex, and Discover are also accepted but with a 3% service charge.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

All document signers must present at least one of the government-issued forms of identification listed below. These forms are valid for at least five years from their date of issuance.

The signer may present two credible witnesses if any of the forms listed above cannot be provided. The witnesses should know the signer and must be at least 18 years old. Aside from this, they should be able to present any of the government-issued IDs previously mentioned.

The witnesses will attest to the identity of the signer by taking a verbal oath and signing the notary's journal. They cannot be named nor have a financial interest in the document, so beneficiaries and heirs cannot stand as witnesses.
